Description:
- 8 oua
- 200 de grame de zahar
- Sare
- 2 plicuri de zahar vanilat sau 1 păstaie de vanilie
- 1 litru de lapte

Pentru caramel :
- 150 – 200 de grame de zahar

Coacere :
- 180 de grade Celsius, 40 minute.
- Recipientul se pune la cuptor intr-o tava cu apa rece. Se adauga apa treptat la 10 minute, 20 minute si 30 minute.
