Purva Northern Lights is basically a well-planned residential community in KIADB Aerospace Park, spread across about 24.55 acres. It offers modern apartments along with useful amenities and open green spaces. One thing I noticed is it’s pretty well connected, with easy access to the metro and NH 44 nearby. Purva Northern Lights maintenance charges are about Rs. 70 per sq. ft. a year, taken as first-year advance CAM. After possession, it comes to roughly Rs. 5–6 per sq. ft. monthly, depending on flat size, with bigger apartments paying more. It covers upkeep of amenities, security, and common facilities, following RERA rules.
