KNS Samooha Construction Status, 65% of the Phase 1 infrastructure construction was finished as of March 2026. 48% of the 156-acre township in Nelamangala that has been approved by the BMRDA will be set aside for parks and green areas when it is finished in 2029. The major boundary wall and ground levelling for Phase 1 of the KNS Samooha building project are finished. Internal road building has already begun, according to the 2026 site report.
