Godrej Properties is building Godrej MSR City, a major ultra-luxury apartment project that will open soon. It is at Devanahalli, which is in North Bangalore. The project master plan spans a lot of land—62 acres, to be exact. There are 20 acres of open green space. It will be built in three stages and will have 4,000 apartments in sizes of 1, 2, and 3 BHK. The rent for the 2 BHK flat starts at Rs. 30,000.
