Embassy Knowledge Park is a project that I am watching while doing my residential development and changing patterns of urban housing at the city center research on Northern part of Bangalore. Located in Tharahunise, Yelahanka the project is spread over 200 acres which has residential blocks, villas, parks, amenities and an IT tech park built into one large township. The project phase I has 4 towers of 19 storeys having 855 residential units, 2000 square feet retail areas and 50acres have been allocated for villa enclave comprising of 217 G+2 homes. 5, and 5Bhk villas But as an urban planning student what strikes me most is the master planning approach taken. While there is a cluster planning for different forms of housing it remains an integral part of the community, The larger size of the project and strategic location abutting NH 44 this will be an interesting development.
