Guidelines our central epoxy garage floor that are applicable for most projects. If you have a niche project such as you may want a floor that's acid resilient or a ground for a commercial home or food running a plant, or you'll need to colour physical gear and pipes, or even you may need an excellent metallic epoxy end rooster to see our SPECIALTY COATINGS PAGE that has an epoxy end program for virtually any project.
Armor Processor Storage
Epoxy Process is hot tire evidence as are standard our epoxy coating systems. It contains 100% solids military-grade epoxy as your base coat—8lbs of colour flakes that you broadcast to the epoxy while wet. Then 24 hours later, you apply two layers of our high-quality urethane topcoat that's a 20mg abrasion loss rating. If you are within a setting wherever there is plenty of bath salts, or you employ port stands, ground jacks, extensive going methods or have off-path type vehicles. We suggest you upgrade the topcoat to the military rank edition that's only a 4 mg abrasion loss rating. It's chemically hardened to provide you with the highest degree of protection, and you only have to do one coat. Also included may be the notched squeegee, rollers, mixer, etch solution and nonslip additive.
Armor Granite Garage
Epoxy System is our surface of the line garage kit. It contains additional heavy 100% military rank epoxy, 20lbs of shade flakes and four layers of our 20mg scratching loss rated topcoat. You can update to the military overcoat and do one coat. Along with all of the extras in the Armor Chip package, you receive the spike feet from walking in the wet epoxy while applying the colour flakes.
ArmorGarage II
Commercial Epoxy System is just a solid colour two layer epoxy flooring system that doesn't use colour flakes. This is perfect for heavy-duty traffic, service shops or garages that don't want colour flakes but want military-grade protection. Merely a quick note on colour flakes should you work with your ground that involves small pieces you positively don't need to use shade flakes on your floor. Finding some of those tiny pieces is next to impossible when you drop them on a flake floor. This is the process the Coast Defend employ inside their helicopter air maintenance hangars. It's a beautiful finish and very tough by having an 8mg abrasion loss rating. In reality, if you merely applied the primer part of this system, you would have a floor coating that is preferable to 99% of our competition's so-called heavy-duty epoxies. Also included are typical accessories for application.
Ultra Military Industrial System
Ultra Military Industrial System is just a three-layer system consisting of high-end primer, natural high build military grade epoxy and then the 4 mg scratching loss rated topcoat. Here is the thickest and toughest floor finish you can use. This may handle any traffic for just about any type of application. Once you can't afford or don't desire to take any chances with your floor, this is the product head. You could add colour flakes to this system if wanted as it gets the high build epoxy layer that could hold the bits in place of the ArmorGarage II that has a more OK primer as the bottom coat. The purpose of the epoxy primer will be more OK; thus, it eats to the concrete more, and then you positively apply the wear resilient topcoat over that. Many competition's epoxy techniques fail because they use flakes to a thin film coating of epoxy. The bits displace some epoxy which means you get a microscopic layer of epoxy between your ground and your warm tires. Simple enough to see why those forms of coatings always peel up.
