Se fierb pe bain marie.

Etapa 2 :
- 2 oua
- 2 albusuri
- 50 de grame de zahar
- ¼ lingura de sare
Se amesteca.

Etapa 3 :
- Etapa 1 se adauga peste Etapa 2
- 1 lingura de extract de vanilie
- 40 de grame de faina

Coacere :
- Cuptorul se preincalzeste la 232 de grade Celsius
- Castroanele se ung cu unt si faina
- 232 de grade Celsius, 9 minute
