Assam Co-operative Jute Mills Ltd, in collaboration with North East Cancer Hospital and Research Institute (NECHRI), successfully organized a two-day Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp on 21st and 22nd February 2025 at Silghat, Assam.
The camp, focused on Oral Cavity Screening, saw active participation from the dedicated workers of the Jute Mills. They had the opportunity to receive valuable guidance and insights from renowned experts, including Dr. Munindra Narayan Baruah, MD & Head of Research Department at NECHRI, along with Dr. Gaurav Kale and Dr. Anup Das, NECHRI.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to the nurses and staff for their excellent coordination in ensuring the success of this important initiative.
Together, we are taking proactive steps in raising awareness and fighting cancer.
