I cannot say enough positive things about my life-changing experience at the de-addiction centre in Parwanoo. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had found a truly special place for healing and transformation.
The serene, peaceful environment surrounded by nature was already therapeutic in itself. But what really sets this place apart is their comprehensive, individualized approach that treats addiction's root causes - not just the symptoms.
In addition to expert medical care and evidence-based psychotherapies during detox and counseling, they incorporate so many powerful holistic practices like yoga, meditation, adventure therapy, experiential arts, and indigenous healing rituals. This allowed me to rebuild my physical and mental health while also reconnecting with my spirituality and passion for life.
The group sessions, incredible staff, and the strong community of peers created a circle of unconditional support and accountability that I've never experienced anywhere else. We celebrated every milestone together and learned invaluable life lessons.
From the delicious healthy meals to the cozy accommodations and rich amenities, every aspect of this centre promoted rejuvenation and inner peace. I'll never forget the nourishing beauty of doing yoga at sunrise or the impactful traditional fire ceremonies under the stars.
But most importantly, their commitment to my recovery extends far beyond just residential care through intensive outpatient programs, regular alumni events, sober living assistance, and countless other resources in the community.
Thanks to this holistic, world-class de-addiction haven, I've rediscovered my true self,my purpose, and the courage to embrace an amazing life of sobriety. I'm eternally grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this transformative experience.
